  • Crudités Station

    $7 per person

    An elaborate display of crudités with choice of two dipping sauces, listed below:

    • Tomato salsa
    • Blue cheese
    • Sour cream and dill
    • Curried mayonnaise
    • Guacamole
    • Dijon mustard vinaigrette
  • Selection of International Cheeses

    • Minimum 20 people.

    $14.50 per person.

    Served with fresh fruit garniture, walnut raisin crostini, French baguettes, gourmet crackers, mixed nuts, assorted dried fruits, and preserves.

  • Carving Station

    • Minimum 50 people.

    Please note: This station must be ordered with another reception station or buffet option.

    Service options:

    • $25 per person for first hour.
    • $5 per person each additional hour.
    • $200 fee for uniformed chef to carve on-site.

    • Cedar plank-roasted salmon with dilled crème fraiche

    • New York strip steak with mushroom demi-glace
    • Pork loin with mango chutney

  • Mediterranean Station

    • Minimum 20 people.

    $18 per person.

    • Display of hummus, baba ghanoush, stuffed grape leaves, assorted olives, and tomato and cucumber salad

    • Served with toasted pita

    • Baby lamb chops with mignonette sauce: additional $6.95 per person
    • Marinated chicken kabobs with dipping sauce: additional $4.95 per person
  • Antipasti Station

    • Minimum 20 people.

    $18 per person.

    • Display of grilled vegetables, roasted peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, farfalle primavera, mixed olives, sliced genoa salami, prosciutto, capicola, and imported provolone and mozzarella cheeses
    • Bread sticks, assorted focaccia and parmesan toasts

    • Tex-Mex layered dip served with fresh fried tortillas with the following toppings:
