Semester Menu

We serve the following items at our dinner buffet:

  • Daily soup: We always offer vegetarian soups, which may include any of the following: cream of broccoli, tomato bisque, Louisiana corn chowder, black bean soup, vegetable minestrone, French lentil soup, curry zucchini, butternut squash soup, and carrot ginger.
  • Salad bar: Includes romaine lettuce, mixed greens with tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, chickpeas, and croutons, as well as a selection of dressings
  • Hot buffet: Includes a starch side, vegetable side, and a meat, poultry, or fish entrée
  • Bread station with toaster: Includes assorted sliced bread and rolls, breakfast pastries (when available), and condiments including peanut butter, jelly, and butter.
  • Dessert station: Whole fruit and chef's choice of dessert, which may include cakes, cookies, and brownies
  • Assorted beverages
